Annual Meeting Catered Meal

Please read and share this important notice with family and friends regarding the traditional covered dish lunch following our annual meeting on October 8th!

At a recent meeting, the Board of Directors voted to provide a catered meal following the annual meeting.  This decision was made after the Notice of Annual Meeting was mailed, so this information was not included in that letter.  Our hope is that this will encourage more members to stay for the meal and enjoy this time at the cemetery without feeling like they have to bring food, especially those who travel from out of town.

The meal will include barbeque brisket, potatoes, green beans, onions, pickles, bread, etc.  We are not planning to provide dessert or drinks, so please continue to bring your own drinks and we will still need a few members to bring desserts.

We will not sell meal tickets but donations will be accepted to help defray the cost.  If you are planning to stay for the meal please RSVP no later than Sunday, October 1st at the link below so that we will have an accurate headcount for the caterer.  Also, please share this information with family and friends who do not frequent our social media pages and feel free to RSVP for any members who need help with this.
