Annual Meeting Catered Meal

We will once again provide a catered meal following our annual meeting on October 13th, including brisket, sausage, and side dishes. We are not planning to provide dessert or drinks, so please bring your own water or other beverages and we will need a few members to bring desserts.

About the event
We will once again provide a catered meal following our annual meeting on October 13th, including brisket, sausage, and side dishes. We are not planning to provide dessert or drinks, so please bring your own water or other beverages and we will need a few members to bring desserts.
The board has again decided against selling meal tickets but donations will be accepted to help defray the cost. If you are planning to stay for the meal please RSVP no later than Sunday, October 6th on our website at the link below so that we will have an
accurate headcount for the caterer. Also, please share this information with family and friends who do not frequent our social media pages and feel free to RSVP for any members who need help with this.
